Social media users are calling for child-free flights after a passenger recorded the incessant screams of a baby during his 29-hour journey.
A TikToker named Henry Beasley – who goes by the handle @balubrigada – shared a video two years ago about his long flight from New Zealand to Germany.
In the video, Beasley captured his bemused reactions as a baby continuously screamed in the background. He also added an overlay text that read: “Rate my 29-hour flight to Berlin.”
As the grueling journey went on, the TikToker wryly noted the child “got some lungs” and had “great projection,” and in a second clip, he quipped “nice long one here” amid the guttural screams.
Check out Beasley’s TikTok below:
A tick begins to form in Beasley’s left eye as he furiously chews gum amid the endless screaming which he also compares to the sound of a kettle boiling. He even rates the cries, including one with the caption “nice long one here, 100,” and in the end, gave the child’s “stellar performance” and “incredible stamina” a “10/10.”
The distressing video amassed 14.5 million views and 2.8 million likes on the social media platform, with many people taking to the comment section to sympathize with Beasley.
One person quipped: “Oh lord, it’s the eye twitch for me. Thank god you’re okay,” while another said: “29 hours of that? sounds like the kid is having a medical emergency.”
A third user chimed in: “The reason why I waited till my kid was bigger before allowing her to go on flights. We gotta be considerate of others!! Tsk,” and a fourth added: “The flight attendant should [intervene] and ask the parents to control their kid, the other passengers are paying to have good flight, it’s unfair.”
However, some users acknowledged how difficult it would be to parent a baby on a flight, with one person pointing out: “Oh man..but can you imagine being the parents trying to handle that? It’s mortifying, exhausting, mortifying, embarrassing….did I say mortifying?”

“Yes adult only flights please,” someone on Facebook wrote. “I don’t pay for a flight to listen to kids screaming…and kicking the back of my chair for the entire flight and yes most times good parenting is an issue!”
A second user shared: “I think child-free flights should be an option…some children don’t need to be around adults,” while another added: “I do agree with the people saying that we should have flights where no kids under at least 10 should be [allowed].”
Child-free flights are a reality on some airlines. Credit: Susumu Yoshioka / GettyInterestingly, child-free flights are a reality on some airlines, with Turkish-owned Corendon Airlines being the latest to reveal it will have an adults-only zone in its planes, where passengers over the age of 16 can travel in peace.
Of course, such an upgrade doesn’t come for free, but it’s relatively cheap to get a seat in the adults-only section on their route on the 432-seat Airbus 350 from Amsterdam to Curaçao.
There will be 93 seats available in the zone at the front of the plane, which will be separated from the rest of the cabin by walls and curtains, and passengers will have to pay a reported €45 ($49) each way for the privilege of sitting there – which is pretty reasonable to ensure you get to relax on the 10-hour trip.
Atilay Uslu, the founder of Corendon, said in a statement: “Onboard our flights, we always strive to respond to the different needs of our customers,” as cited by Business Insider.
“We also believe this can have a positive effect on parents traveling with small children. They can enjoy the flight without worrying if their children are making too much noise.”
Malaysia’s AirAsia, India’s IndiGo, and Singapore’s Scoot Airlines also offer child-free or “quiet” zones.

People stunned after learning how often the average person has sex
By Kim Novak
Whether you’re single or happily in a long-term relationship, you may have wondered whether you’re getting jiggy in the sheets more or less than other people.
The amount of times the average person gets intimate has been revealed. Credit: Tom Merton/Getty Images
Getting intimate can be an important part of any relationship, but the amount of times people get between the sheets can vary greatly, for many reasons from personal desire right down to logistics.
And even within relationships, the amount of sex couples have can fluctuate over the years, so it’s no wonder many people question whether or not they’re getting freaky more or less than the average person.
Well, that amount has been revealed and it’s left people pretty stunned.
In 2022, a TikToker went viral after sharing the magic number, and many of his followers were left trying to catch up.

Daniel Schaal, who goes by the handle @thatschaalfolks, explained: “The average person has sex 54 times a year or so, looks like the next few days are gonna be pretty crazy for me.”
Yep, that’s over once a week, every week, all year.
Many people shared their shock at the stat, writing: “Apparently the average person has sex 54 times a year. Not sure I’m ready for the next three days.”
Someone else wrote: “Average human has sex 54 times a year. This 2 weeks of December about to go crazy.”
Another added: “they say the average adult has sex 54 times a year. November and December are apparently going to be awesome.”
One viewer joked: “Well I’ll certainly be below average on yet another thing.”
Of course, sex isn’t the be-all and end-all of a relationship, and there can be many reasons why people don’t get freaky as often as the average.
There are ways to reignite the spark and hit that target. Credit: DMP/Getty Images
There are many other ways couples can enjoy intimacy, from spending time together, to physical touch, or simply doing thoughtful things to make the other happy.
A 2017 study in the Archives of Sexual Behavior found the average adult has sex around once a week, which around nine times less than a similar study showed in the 1990s.
Dr. Sanam Hafeez, a New York City-based clinical psychologist, shared the importance of a healthy sex life within a relationship, telling NBC News: “Closeness and connection is a human need.
“When in a long-term relationship it’s important to reconnect through sex. The brain chemicals released during sex further enhance bonding.”
Of course, if the desire in your relationship has started to wane, there are ways to prioritize more intimate time with your other half.
From scheduling in one-on-one time together to speaking openly about your needs and desires, to speaking to a sex therapist to work through underlying issues, there are many ways to reignite that spark.
And, you never know, there still could be plenty of time to hit that 54 mark this year if you really commit to it.

Calling a man ‘bald’ can be considered sexual harassment, High Court rules
By Kim Novak
In an unexpected turn of events, a UK court has ruled that calling a man “bald” is considered a form of sexual harassment in the workplace.
The landmark ruling came after the man was fired from his job. Credit: michellegibson/Getty Images
In 2022, a panel of UK judges came to the astonishing ruling, concluding that calling a man bald at work is a form of discrimination – comparable to remarking on a woman’s breast size.
The decision was made by three judges at a North Yorkshire tribunal – all of whom have themselves suffered from hair loss, The Telegraph reported.
The case was brought about by electrician Tony Finn, who’d taken his former employers, the British Bung Company, to court when he was fired after almost 24 years of service.
Finn alleged that he had been the victim of sexual harassment because his supervisor Jamie King called him a “bald c***”.
King’s comment – which he made in 2019 – sparked an altercation between the two, and they almost came to blows.
Finn claimed that following the incident he “feared for his personal safety”, adding that he wasn’t happy with his appearance being criticized publicly.
Remarkably, the tribunal agreed with Finn, with lead judge Jonathan Brain deciding that King’s comments were not only offensive, they were a form of harassment.
A lawyer for the British Bung Company had argued that the remark was not sexist because both men and women can be bald, however, the panel responded: “As all three members of the Tribunal will vouchsafe, baldness is much more prevalent in men than women.
“This is strong language. Mr King crossed the line by making remarks personal to the claimant about his appearance,” the tribunal found.
“In our judgment, there is a connection between the word ‘bald’ on the one hand and the protected characteristic of sex on the other. We find it to be inherently related to sex,” they continued.
The judges compared Finn’s case to a historical tribunal in which a man had commented on the size of his female co-worker’s breasts.

“It is much more likely that a person on the receiving end of a comment such as that which was made in [that] case would be female,” the tribunal said, adding: “So too, it is much more likely that a person on the receiving end of a remark such as that made by Mr King would be male.
“The tribunal therefore determines that by referring to the claimant as a ‘bald c***’, Mr King’s conduct was a violation of the claimant’s dignity, it created an intimidating environment for him, it was done for that purpose, and it related to the claimant’s sex,” they concluded.
Finn, who was set to receive compensation after the ruling, said: “I hope my win helps to stop other men being insulted and verbally attacked because they are bald.
“Losing my hair wasn’t something that really bothered me, but the individual who was insulting me really scared me.”
The British Bung Company said it was “surprised” by the employment tribunal’s decision.

Horrifying simulation shows what it’s like to ride euthanasia rollercoaster
By Asiya Ali
A bone-chilling simulation illustrates what it’s like to ride the euthanasia rollercoaster.
The controversial concept of the “euthanasia rollercoaster” was first proposed in 2010 by Lithuanian artist Julijonas Urbonas.
According to The Mirror, Urbonas created a scale model of the frightening idea as a PhD candidate at the Royal College of Art in London.
It was unveiled in 2011 as part of the HUMAN+ display in Dublin where it became the flagship exhibition at the Science Gallery.
TikToker Luke Davidson explained that the ride holds 24 passengers. “Once they’re all on board there’s a slow ascent to the top, which is 510ft in the air – that’s just a little bit smaller than the tallest building in America,” he continued.
“Once they’re at the top it gives everyone the decision to stop and go back down safely. After that, everyone has to manually press a button to start the ride,” he added.
While the “euthanasia rollercoaster” doesn’t exist in reality, a terrifying simulation of this ride has been shared online, allowing viewers to experience it virtually.
The clip, shared by user @ridesnslides on TikTok, shows what a long-hypothesized and literal death contraption would look like.
Watch the clip below:
The ride begins with a 1,640-foot drop, reaching speeds exceeding 220 mph. This is followed by seven increasingly smaller inversion loops, designed to maintain a constant 10G force, ultimately leading to the rider’s demise.
“You would gradually begin experiencing worsening cases of cerebral hypoxia, meaning your blood would rush to the lower parts of your body, and so your brain wouldn’t be getting enough oxygen to survive,” the user said, cited by Vice.
“The first thing that you would notice is your vision greying out which would then gradually turn to tunnel vision. From there, you would begin experiencing a blackout and ultimately you would eventually lose consciousness and die,” they added.
Many users have shared their reactions to the scary simulation. One person remarked that they would’ve “died before falling” due to how frightening it is to reach the top of the rollercoaster.
Another questioned: “What if you didn’t [die] do you get a second go around ?” and the third said: “Screw that”.
The designer’s official website describes the coaster as “a hypothetic death machine in the form of a roller coaster, engineered to humanely – with elegance and euphoria – take the life of a human being”.

World’s shortest and tallest women meet in person and the height difference is astounding
By Asiya Ali
The world’s tallest woman, Rumeysa Gelgi, and the world’s smallest woman, Jyoti Amge, met up in person for the first time to celebrate their unique records.
To mark Guinness World Records Day 2024, the two women shared a pot of tea at London’s prestigious Savoy Hotel.
Gelgi, hailing from Turkey, stands an imposing 7 feet tall. Diagnosed with Weaver syndrome, a rare genetic condition that causes tall stature, the 27-year-old usually uses a wheelchair to move, but she can walk for short periods with a walker.
Meanwhile, Amge measures just about 2 feet (24 inches) tall. Despite her small stature, the 30-year-old has made a significant mark on the world, including a role in the popular TV series American Horror Story.
The meeting, which was arranged by Guinness, was a chance for both record-holders to bond with their physical differences.
The pair were filmed engaging in conversation while sipping tea and sitting across a coffee table from one another. They even shared interests such as makeup, self-care, and fashion.
“It was so amazing meeting Jyoti for the first time,” Gelgi said, cited by News.com.au. “It was difficult for us to make eye contact at times due to our height difference, but it was great.
“We do have things in common; we both love makeup, self-care, and doing our nails,” Gelgi added.
Jyoti Amge mirrored the sentiment of connection and mutual respect, saying: “I’m used to looking up and seeing people taller than me but I was so happy to look up today and see the world’s tallest woman.
“I’m delighted that I’ve met Rumeysa, she is so good-natured, and I felt very comfortable talking to her,” she added.
The images provided by Guinness World Records vividly illustrate the striking difference in their sizes.
According to the records website, Gelgi was named the tallest teenage living female at the age of 17. She was then confirmed as the tallest woman living in 2021 and holds the titles of the largest hands (female), the longest fingers (female), the longest ears (female), and the longest back (female).
Amge was named the shortest teenager in 2009 at 15 years old before being confirmed as the shortest woman in 2011.
The two women were celebrated as icons for Guinness World Records’ 70th-anniversary edition.
“I can’t explain how happy I am!” Amge praised, per PEOPLE. Gelgi echoed: “I’ve seen myself among all these artists and athletes that I’ve always been a fan of – it’s an indescribable feeling.”

Former actress who makes over $200,000 a month filming content with her stepbrother reveals they’re having a baby together
By Asiya Ali
A former TV star who makes $200,000 a month from her online racy content with her stepbrother has revealed that the pair are expecting a baby together.
Scarlet Vas, known for her former role as Mishti Sharma on the iconic soap opera Neighbours, has gained notoriety for her adult content.
A few years ago, Vas set up a profile on OnlyFans and became one of the biggest stars on the platform.
The star revealed that she “wasn’t making a lot” from the 18+ subscriptions service until she “found out a really good formula,” per Daily Star.
Now, she’s “in the 0.01%, like the lowest you can go on OF,” adding: “But every month’s been getting better. Like last month was my best month.”
“I hit almost $200k and then this month I’m going to do well over $200k,” she previously shared.
A big part of Vas’ success is because her content features Tayo Ricci, her partner of seven years, who is also her stepbrother – a fact that has raised eyebrows and piqued interest from subscribers.
The couple, who tied the knot in a scenic ceremony in Mykonos in March 2022, have become strong earners on the platform.
The Neighbours star spoke about the pair’s dynamic and familial connection in an interview, sharing: “The fans love us as like a thing or not a thing. He’s my stepbrother and Australian, and we’ve known each other for a very long time.”
The interviewers were keen to know more about Vas and Ricci being partners on the site, so they asked: “Do you help each other out with the content, especially on OnlyFans?”
Ricci, who also has OnlyFans, responded: “I would say partially yeah. Definitely on hers.” Vas then chimed in and quipped: “Yeah he always makes appearances on mine.”
Not only are Vas and Ricci spouses and stepsiblings, but soon they will also be parents.
Last week, the adult star took to Instagram to share an announcement about the couple relocating to Australia. The post included a picture of Vas’ baby bump, as well as the pair’s six suitcases and small dogs.
“5 years ago we left Australia to the US with nothing but 4 suitcases. Now we are returning with a little extra baggage,” she penned in the caption. “5 years of grinding to get to where we are today.
“We gained 35 million of you wonderful followers.. purchased our dream homes in our two favorite countries.. got married in Greece and we are so so grateful to have our 2 adorable puppies and now blessed with a beautiful little girl on the way.
“Today, our new journey begins. It’s not goodbye to the USA, but a very well-deserved break. You really have to believe in yourself, your goals, and the people you love the most because if you’re a little desperate and a little crazy, anything can be accomplished. We can’t wait to share this next chapter of our lives with you guys and show you what life is like.. DOWN UNDER !!” she concluded.
Many fans took to the comment section to share congratulatory messages to the couple. “Welcome back to [Australia] and best wishes when your beautiful young lady arrives hope all goes well for a very safe arrival,” one fan wrote.
“Wishing you the best of luck,” another commented. “Love you both and so happy for you,” a third added.

Dad takes DNA test as daughter is ‘too pretty to be his’ and learns sad truth
By Asiya Ali
A father’s life was upended after a DNA test confirmed his suspicions that his daughter, who was “too pretty,” was not his own.
A man in Vietnam, whose identity remains unknown, expressed doubts about his biological paternity due to his children’s physical differences from both himself and his wife, The Mirror reported.

The father relocated to Ho Chi Minh City with his wife, Hong, and their young daughter, Lan, several years ago.
As Lan grew up, the man began to question her striking looks. As he was unable to dismiss these doubts, he decided to take a DNA test which ultimately revealed that his daughter was not his biological child.
The revelation left him deeply unsettled and withdrawn, leading to reported alcohol abuse as he struggled to cope with the heartbreaking truth.

The distressed man eventually confronted his wife about the results and she vehemently denied that she’d ever been unfaithful to him and ended up moving out of the family home with their daughter.
According to The Mirror, Vietnamese media outlet Docnhanh reported that Yan enrolled in a new school and found out that she shared a birthday with a classmate. She also discovered that they were both born in the same hospital.
The pair became really good friends and even invited each other to their birthday parties, where their parents met for the first time.
The classmate’s mother was equally astonished by the resemblance between her daughter and the new friend, prompting her to undergo a DNA test of her own.
It was subsequently discovered that a mix-up had occurred at birth, resulting in the two girls being raised by the wrong families.
The families have since formed a close bond and have agreed to reveal the truth to their children at an appropriate time.

According to The Mirror, many readers were left stunned by the story and shared their reactions on Docnhanh’s website.
“The medical staff made a ridiculous mistake. Fortunately, the truth finally came out. Otherwise, even jumping into the Yellow River could not clear the wife’s name,” one person penned.
Another reader added: “It tells us that if it is not necessary, do not randomly test DNA, as it can just cause yourself unnecessary trouble.” It has not been shared whether the families will take legal action against the hospital.”
At this time, it remains unclear whether the families plan to pursue legal action against the hospital.
